I wanted to share something that's been on my mind this week when it comes to releasing/letting loose--not just of other people/things, but things from our past, too
It took me 11 months to realize I was still holding onto some things with past experiences in my work and with people that I needed to set free. Nothing bad at all, but those little things that stuck under your skin, didn't leave a good mark, that kind of stuff. This week was the first time I realized that I've been holding onto these things and how that's impacted thoughts and emotions with my new career ambitions and most importantly, with me as a person

I'm so glad you're here! Whether we're on a first name basis, or we're just meeting, I'm truly honored that you're here. I get really, really excited (happy, emotional, passionate...), especially with going full time in building my Personal Development Business, so you reading this means the world to me!
This is a space of trust, of flow, of energy, of humor, of all things on my mind. You'll find a LOT of inspiration and positivity because that's my jam, but, also, you'll find me on my worst days; I have no shame in telling you about the days I cry on the floor for hours, or when I completely fail at being a Bonus Person for my boyfriend's daughter, or when I'm actually NOT in the most positive mood.
My intention for this space is to be for us to learn, grow, and flow together. You'll notice I'm using "flow" a lot because it's been my word for the past month or longer, and I'll go into that in another post!
